The one and only 40 candle garden party.... this is what the invitation said.

And I think my friend was very lucky on Saturday, the weather was perfect!

And so was the food, music, garden and party!

And the "dutchtub" was a hit, especially among the youngsters!

Firework!

Lucky us were invited to see the major firework on Friday and to celebrate Luxembourg's national day. Very nice to have friends who lives in a penthouse with a perfect view over the city :-)

I just love Fridays, don't you?

Don't know yet what's happening tonight, but probably go to the concerts and to see the firework (if not to much rain...)

Today......

..... after an outdoor lunch with daughter and husband, I picked up these two dresses. One bloody expensive the other really cheap, one for me and one for my daughter. We are now ready for her prom next week.

(and if you wonder, the cheap dress is mine)

Finally it seems that our internet has stabilized.

They are digging in the streets and hopefully we will have fiber

 in the near future!

Had quite a nice weekend and on Sunday we went to the Anglican Fair.

Weather was lovely and so was the cremant, but what I am really happy for is my 2 new purses in sugary colours. Perfect to my summer wardrobe. 

Sometimes 2nd hand could be fun!

Imagine......

.... that a forgotten key can lead to a very tasty lunch....

..... and an upgrade of my wardrobe!

Thank you husband for leaving the key to your work at home

 and that you made me drive the "whole" way to deliver it!
